Research

The Aga Khan Development Network eHealth Resource Centre collaborated with various national and international partners to undertake research projects with the aim to drive change, innovation and discovery in health care provision. The research focuses on designing, developing and testing innovative solutions for today’s health care problems affecting low-resource countries. The interventions focus on bringing about behavior change, improving the quality of care, making health care delivery more efficient and more patient-centered.

The goal of our evidence-based research is to improve access to new technologies, practices, treatments and interventions which ultimately lead to improved health outcomes for individuals and populations. The following projects were carried out in 2015. Some of the projects concluded during the year, while others are on-going.
